Hiroshima, Aug. 6, 68 years later (for kestrel & The ALERT)

Nobody’s

used them

for many years.

What do you

think the odds

are?

Who will make

the laws

to control them?

And will laws

control mad

men?

It is sad

that we

can do nothing

that can make

one bit of

sense.

But make more

nonsense

about the rights

of people

who speak of

it.

(And remember Aug. 9 too.  I wonder what al Qaeda thinks of our Gun Control debate?  Ya suppose maybe al Qaeda and our own government are ‘silent’ partners?  Silent?  Yeah.  Let’s ‘get down’ and VIGIL.

And Holy Sheepshit, I forgot!  Next Friday is Bennington Battle Day!  No wonder this August is TERRORIST MONTH.  Do ya think them al Qaedans will go after CHAMP?  They’re not civilized…like us.  “Exterminate all the brutes!  The horror!  The horror!”

Or worse:  “Mistah PeteySweety–he dead.”)

  1. With Fukushima disaster stiil roiling away with no end in sight, because – face it – no one knows what to do, on year 3 this anniversary sure can’t be good.

Thanks again for another tribute to all concerned PS. I look forward to them, always a reality check in an unreal world gone mad.

  2. Who needs to drop nuclear bombs

    when countries build their own

        in boxes

        near cities?

    Canada has one

        within 20 miles of Toronto.

    Seabrook is within

        30 miles of Boston.

We poison our own lives for profit.

    No war required.
