The New Hampshire marriage equality bill passed the House 186 to 179. Now on to the Senate.

Has Douglas come out to say that he will Veto this bill too if it passes in the NH Senate?
Lynch is known to play it safe most of the time. Just because he’s a Dem doenst mean he has a backbone. Look at all the chicken leg Dems we have in Northern Vermont. Does anyone know what NH’s Senate look like? Is there a Dem majority?
Gleason: NH is pretty much solidly democratic now, majorities in both houses. NH has more legislators per capita than Vermont. I forget the number now, but, for once, the majority is blue, though the conservative movement over there across the river is still really strong. But at least their Governor is liberal; for NH that is still a miracle.
