We add a linked chatroom that only the candidates, say Bernie and Tarrant, plus a moderator/questioner can type in. Send a GMD blogger to each office to ensure only the actual candidate is typing answers without coaching, or cutting-and-pasting (or, in the case of a question of favoritism, maybe we recruit someone like Charity from She's Right to go and be the watchdog at Bernie's office), offer issue specific questions - with brief rebuttals only allowed if a candidate specifically mentions or characterizes their opponent in their response. Allow a mere half an hour or so, so its not an inconvenience, and rig a user diary for "live blogging" commentary from curious onlookers.

Wouldn't that be cool? Hey, I'm serious here...

What a refreshing change that would be, (0.00 / 0)

to ask all the candidates the same question -- and no waffling allowed.  From in utero to death with dignity (or not)... issues that would give everyone a reason to vote.  I would include Welch and Rainville and Parker and Douglas, too.  We could also ask them what they feel their Party stands for and their long-term hopes.
